TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For all individual reservations, cancellation is required 48 hours prior to tour date for refund.

Lake Geneva Cruise Line reserves the right to adjust the tour schedules as needed based on weather conditions, boat availability and number of tickets sold. Customers will be notified if changes need to be made to this reservation.

Lake Geneva Cruise Line reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event co-hosted or co-presented by Lake Geneva Cruise Line or the Gage Marine Corporation without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph or video. Lake Geneva Cruise Line may use the photograph or video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Lake Geneva Cruise Line, including but not limited to websites, social media, e-communications, brochures, invitations, posters, flyers, books, newspapers, magazines, television, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

Parking: LAKE GENEVA CRUISE LINE DOES NOT HAVE A PARKING LOT. ALL PARKING IN THE CITY OF LAKE GENEVA IS METERED, STREET OR PARKING LOT PARKING. Our boats depart from the Riviera Docks located at 812 Wrigley Drive in downtown Lake Geneva. Parking in the City of Lake Geneva is metered using kiosks located throughout the downtown area. Parking can be difficult on holidays and weekends, so please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance. More information on parking.

Weather Cancellation: If we have to cancel a tour due to weather, we will notify you as soon as possible and then provide a full refund or change your reservation to a different date. If the weather is questionable, please be prepared for communication from our office by email and/or phone.

Credit Card Charges: Charges will be listed on your statement as “Lake Geneva Cruise Line.” (For some cards, the charge may show as just “STRIPE” while it is clearing.)

ADA Service Animals Allowed: We allow ONLY ADA-certified, trained, and properly identified SERVICE animals that are trained to assist with a specific disability. No other pets can be permitted. This includes emotional support animals and therapy animals.
