2022 LAKE GENEVA CRUISE LINE MEAL MENUS

LUNCHEON TOUR

Tuesday – Lake Life Signature Chopped Steak 
Ground sirloin topped with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and thick sliced Provolone cheese. Finished with demi glace and served with Chef’s choice of vegetable and mashed potatoes.

Wednesday – Stuffed Chicken Breast
Chicken breast stuffed with a variety of cheeses, roast peppers and served with roasted tomato beurre blanc sauce. Served with Chef’s choice of vegetable and wild rice pilaf. 

Friday – Classic Meatloaf Muffin 
Lake Life Signature turkey and spinach meatloaf with an herb gravy. Served with Chef’s choice of vegetable and creamy mashed potatoes.

Saturday – Chicken Cordon Belle (Bleu) 
Chicken breast stuffed with sliced ham and Swiss cheese. Lightly breaded and served with a creamy sauce. Served with Chef’s choice of vegetable and wild rice pilaf. 

Luncheons Include: Fresh fruit cup, bakery rolls & butter and apple crumb pie for dessert.

*Plain chicken breast is available for gluten free requests and Cheese Stuffed Shells entrée is available for vegetarian requests. All special orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to tour date. Sorry, no exceptions.

*Luncheons added on Thursdays for large groups will be served Stuffed Chicken Breast.

SUNDAY BRUNCH BUFFET CRUISE

  • Scrambled Eggs with toppings: Shredded Cheese, Bacon Bits, Salsa, Peppers and Onions
  • Vegetable and Cheese Egg Bake 
  • Hash Brown Casserole
  • Chicken Breakfast Sausage  
  • Sliced Ham
  • Chicken Cordon Bleu with sauce
  • Creamy Pepper Gravy with Petite Biscuits 
  • Cheese Blintzes with Fruit Sauce
  • Scones, Donut Holes, Mini Danishes & Kringle 
  • Granola, Yogurt, and Berry Parfait 
  • Fresh Fruit Presentation
  • Rolls or Croissants 
  • Selection of Sweets

SUPPER CLUB DINNER CRUISE

  • Homemade Spreads with crackers and breadsticks 
  • Classic Wedge Salad with Peppercorn dressing 
  • Bakery rolls and butter
  • Sirloin Steak with mushrooms OR Baked Salmon with orange basil butter*
    • *(Guests must select entrée at time of reservation.)  
  • Baked Potato served with sour cream and butter
  • Chef’s choice of vegetable
  • Chocolate Cream Pie

JAZZ DINNER CRUISE 

  • Summer Berry Salad with Berry Poppyseed Vinaigrette 
  • Bakery rolls and butter
  • Duet plate: Petite Steak & Chicken Cordon Bleu OR Salmon Fillet with mango topping*
