2021 LAKE GENEVA CRUISE LINE MEAL MENUS

LUNCHEON TOUR

Tuesday – 290 Signature Beef Tenderloin Stroganoff
Beef tenderloin stroganoff roasted with onions and mushrooms, mixed with cream sauce, served over buttered pappardelle noodles

Wednesday – Lake Life Chicken Parmesan
Boneless, unbreaded chicken breast topped with creamy parmesan custard and served with wild rice pilaf and zesty marinara sauce

Friday – Classic Turkey Lunch
Turkey breast cutlets stuffed with cranberry cornbread stuffing and served with a cracked pepper brown sauce and mashed potatoes

Saturday – Chicken Wisconsin Style
Seared, boneless chicken breast topped with selection of cheeses and served with white wine butter sauce and herb roasted potatoes.

Luncheons Include: Fresh fruit starter course, seasonal vegetable selection, fresh rolls and apple pie for dessert.

*Luncheons added on Thursdays for large groups will be served Chicken Wisconsin Style as main entrée.
*Plain chicken breast is available for gluten free requests and pasta primavera is available for vegetarian requests. All special orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to tour date. Sorry, no exceptions.

SUNDAY BRUNCH BUFFET CRUISE

  • Cheese Omelette with Toppings: Shredded Cheese, Bacon Bits, Salsa, Peppers and Onions
  • Breakfast Casserole with Vegetables
  • Hash Brown Casserole
  • Breakfast Meats:
    • Chicken Breakfast Sausage Patty 
    • Sliced Ham
  • Chicken Fried Steak with Creamy Gravy
  • Cheese Blintz with Fruit Sauce
  • Breakfast Breads
    • Mini Breakfast Pastries – Assorted variety
    • Baking Powder Biscuits
    • Mini Scones or Croissants
    • Doughnut Holes
  • Fresh Fruit Presentation
  • Selection Of Miniature Desserts

*Specific brunch menu items are subject to change based on Chef’s discretion.

*For the 2021 season we will require a minimum of 30 passengers for the tour to go out. If the minimum is not met, passengers with reservations will be notified at least 48 hours prior. 

SUPPER CLUB DINNER CRUISE

  • Relish Tray: 
    • Cheese Spread, Ranch Dressing, Carrot and Celery Sticks, Black Olives, Crackers, Crispy Breadsticks, Sweet Pickles, Baby Corn and Cherry Peppers
  • Classic Caesar Salad
  • Bakery Rolls and Butter
  • Slow Roasted Boneless Beef Short Rib with Red Wine Sauce
  • Twice Baked Potatoes
  • Seasonal Vegetables
  • Chocolate Mint Cream Pie

*Fresh Salmon Fillet or Pesto Pasta Primavera available as alternate entree by advanced request. 

JAZZ DINNER CRUISE 

  • Classic Green Salad:
    • Mixed Greens and Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Croutons.                                                                                   (Served with French and Ranch Dressings.)
  • Bakery Rolls and Butter
  • Beef Tenderloin Filet with Red Wine Demi Glace
    • Served with choice of:*
      • Garlic Shrimp Skewer or
      • Grilled Chicken Breast with Sun Dried Tomato Butter
        *(Guests must select second entrée at time of reservation.) 
  • Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  • Seasonal Vegetables
  • New York Style Cheesecake with Salted Caramel Sauce

*Fresh Salmon Fillet or Pesto Pasta Primavera available as alternate entree by advanced request. These are larger, single serving entrees and do not include the second entree. 

Full cash bar available on all meal tours.

Our caterer does require a certain minimum number of reservations booked for each meal tour to go out. If we have not reached those minimums with at least 72 hours notice the tour may be cancelled. You will be notified by our staff if changes need to be made to your reservation.
