LUNCHEON TOUR

Tuesday – 290 Signature Beef Tenderloin Stroganoff
Beef tenderloin roasted with onions and mushrooms, mixed with cream sauce, served over egg noodles

Wednesday – Lake Life Chicken Parmesan
Boneless chicken breast topped with Parmesan custard and classic marinara, served with roast potatoes

Friday – Turkey Shepherd’s Pie
Turkey breast with vegetables in a creamy white sauce topped with seasoned mashed potatoes

Saturday – Chicken Wisconsin Style
Lightly breaded chicken breast with trio of cheeses and sauce, served with wild rice pilaf

Luncheons Include: Fresh fruit starter course, seasonal vegetable selection, fresh rolls and apple pie for dessert.

*Luncheons added on Thursdays for large groups will be served Chicken Wisconsin Style as main entrée.
*Plain chicken breast is available for gluten free requests and pasta primavera is available for vegetarian requests. All special orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to tour date. Sorry, no exceptions.
*For the 2020 season we require a minimum of 30 reservations for the Luncheon Tour to go out. If we do not reach that minimum the tour will be cancelled.

CHAMPAGNE BRUNCH

Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce, Assorted Quiche, Sausage Links, Cheesy Potatoes, Cheese Blintzes with Strawberry Sauce, Beef Tenderloin Tips, Biscuits & Gravy, Fresh Fruit, miniature desserts and assorted rolls, Coffee, Tea, Milk and Juice and a Complimentary Glass of Champagne

*Specific brunch menu items are subject to change based on Chef’s discretion.

BRUNCH DATES FOR 2020 SEASON:
Sunday, June 28; Sunday, July 12; Sunday, July 26; Sunday, August 9; Sunday, August 23; Sunday, September 13 and Sunday, October 11

*For the 2020 season we require a minimum of 50 reservations for the Champagne Brunch to go out. If we do not reach that minimum the tour will be cancelled.

SUPPER CLUB DINNER CRUISE & JAZZ DINNER CRUISE

Main Entrée: Beef Tenderloin Medallions
And choice of Chicken Marsala or Shrimp Scampi as second entrée. (Fresh Salmon Fillet or Vegetarian Lasagna as alternate entrée by advanced request.)
*Please make dinner menu selections at the time of reservation.

Dinners Include: Fresh Tossed Salad and dressing, baked Idaho potato, greens beans almondine, fresh rolls, dessert and coffee or tea.

Full cash bar available on all meal tours.

*For the 2020 season we require a minimum of 20 reservations for the Dinner Cruise to go out. If we do not reach that minimum the tour will be cancelled.
