Is bus parking available?
Yes, we have complimentary bus parking located at 11 S. Lake Shore Dr., Lake Geneva. Your group sales manager can provide you with a bus parking map for the driver. Bus loading and unloading is located at the Riviera, 812 Wrigley Dr. Lake Geneva.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
Don’t worry! Our boats are equipped with enclosed, climate-controlled spaces, so your event will be beautiful and comfortable, rain or shine.
Do you offer complimentary tickets for tour escorts and drivers?
Yes, depending on your group size we will offer one or more complimentary tickets.
Are there restrooms on the boat?
Yes, all of our boats are equipped with one or more restrooms, however they are not accessible for wheelchairs. There are accessible public restrooms located in the Riviera building directly in front of our piers.
Where will the bus drop off my group?
Bus loading and unloading is located at 812 Wrigley Drive (Riviera Docks), Lake Geneva, WI, 53147.
Are your tours accessible?
Our larger boats, The Grand Belle and The Lady of the Lake, are accessible for all types of wheelchairs. The Walworth is accessible for standard wheelchairs only, not motorized mobility devices.
What is your payment policy?
A 10% deposit will confirm your group reservation. The balance is due two weeks prior to your tour date.
What is your cancellation policy for groups?
Group deposits are refundable up to 30 days out.
