Walworth
Moonlighting as the Perfect Boat for Your Celebration.
Reception: Max 110 | Table Seating: Max 54
On our public cruises, the U.S. Mailboat Walworth is a front-row seat to one of Lake Geneva’s most enduring traditions – the acrobatic and daring delivery of the mail to lakeside residents. For private events, the Walworth transforms into the perfect venue for weddings, private parties, and corporate outings. The upper deck is open to the fresh air with clear side curtains in case of inclement weather, while the main and aft decks are enclosed and climate controlled.
During the Spring and Fall on weekdays, and many Spring weekends, the Walworth is available on a limited basis for daytime charters. During the high season the Walworth is available during the evenings only, preferably after 6:30 p.m.

Big Moments Deserve a Boat with a Story.
Since 1916, the U.S. The Postal Service has delivered mail to lakeside residents via mailboat. In 1967, the Walworth was pressed into service, and today is the only mailboat of its kind still in operation. Originally open to the sky on the upper deck, the Walworth was lengthened in 1976, and a canopy was installed to shield passengers from the hot summer sun. In 2016, we widened the boat to accommodate more passengers.
