Polaris

A Gilded Age Lake Geneva Original

Reception: Max 40 | Table Seating: Max 0

Built in 1898, the Yacht Polaris is the oldest boat on the lake and a true piece of Lake Geneva history. Step back into the style and elegance of the lake’s turn-of-the-century golden age, surrounded by original mahogany and brass trim, along with a brass-top bar. The deck is open to the lake breeze but covered with a period-authentic canopy and equipped with clear side curtains for inclement weather.

The Yacht Polaris is available day or night seven days a week for the full season.

A Living Piece of Lake Geneva's History

The Yacht Polaris was built in 1898 for Otto and Olivett Young, one of the original millionaires on Geneva Lake. She traded hands several times over the years, owned for a decade each by prominent lake residents Frederick Bartlett and Robert Tarrant. Lake Geneva Cruise Line acquired the Yacht Polaris all the way back in 1940, making her the longest serving vessel in our fleet.
