A Living Piece of Lake Geneva's History
The Yacht Polaris was built in 1898 for Otto and Olivett Young, one of the original millionaires on Geneva Lake. She traded hands several times over the years, owned for a decade each by prominent lake residents Frederick Bartlett and Robert Tarrant. Lake Geneva Cruise Line acquired the Yacht Polaris all the way back in 1940, making her the longest serving vessel in our fleet.
