Remarkable Women of Geneva Lake Tour

Sunday, May 13 – 12:30pm to 4:00pm  – aboard the Geneva
Departs from the Riviera Docks, 812 Wrigley Drive, Lake Geneva

Treat Mom to a celebration of the remarkable women of Geneva Lake while taking a voyage with Lake Geneva Cruise Line to Black Point, an 1888 Queen Anne Victorian lake “summer cottage.”  This narrated boat tour will focus on many of the remarkable women that lived along the shores of Geneva Lake and will include a tour of Black Point while focusing on the women of the estate.  Mimosas will be served at the estate before the return boat tour.  Walking and stair climbing are involved in this tour.  All guests must be able to handle walking and stair climbing.  Reservations required in advance. Seating is limited.



Beer Baron’s Beer Cruise

Saturday, June 16/Saturday, July 21 & Saturday, August 11 aboard the Geneva 
Departs from the Riviera Docks, 812 Wrigley Drive, Lake Geneva

Adults $65/Seniors $63 plus tax – includes beer tastings, snacks and souvenir beer mug.

Enjoy an early evening cruising Geneva Lake while learning about the history of beer barons that vacationed and lived along its shores.  This program will highlight the evolution of the brewing industry in Milwaukee and Chicago with a local flavor.  This tour will also include a visit to the Black Point Estate where walking and stair climbing is required.

Reservations are required in advance.  Seating is limited.

Nooks and Crannies Tour – Black Point Estate

Fridays, June 15 – August 31 -10:30am-2:00pm (as part of the regular Black Point Tour)

Adults $44 – Seniors $42 – Yth/Children – $34 plus tax.  Reservations are required – limited capacity.

This tour covers some of the behind the scenes areas of the estate including the basement, third floor, root cellar and brief walk along the shore path.  This tour also includes a view of the tower but due to safety does not include access to the top of the tower.  The focus of the tour is on the evolution of technologies that helped provide comfort at the estate over 125 years.   Considerable walking and stair climbing is required during this tour.

When Angels Carried Them Away: Mourning in the Victorian Era

Friday, October 5 & Saturday, October 6 – 5:30-8:30pm
Friday, October 12 & Saturday, October 13 – 5:30-8:30pm

Adults $44 – Seniors $42 – Yth/Children $34 plus tax – reservations required – limited capacity.

Victorians embraced death as a cause for elaborate ritual.  During this era (1876-1915) the ritual of death became increasingly sophisticated and the period saw the development of the modern cemetery, morticians and public funerals complete with floral arrangements and hearse transportation for the deceased.  This program will feature a presentation on Victorian funeral and mourning customs, a first floor house tour at Black Point, and a narrated lake boat tour of maritime mishaps.  Walking and stair climbing is required for this tour.

Halloween Full Lake Trick-or-Treat Tour & Evening Cocktail Cruise

Join us for some Halloween fun on Saturday, October 28th.

The 1:00 Full Lake tour will be a trick-or-treat cruise with characters jumping on board during the tour to deliver candy to the kids of all ages.  Wear your Halloween costume or just come along in your everyday clothes to celebrate the holiday.  There will be a narrated tour in between the trick-or-treating.

There will be fun for the adults on Halloween as well.  Come on board our 6:00 Costume Cocktail Cruise.  The two hour cruise will have entertainment by Charlie Smith, drink specials, complimentary snacks…as well as a 2018 PASSPORT for the best dressed winners.  Celebrate Halloween with us on board the climate controlled Grand Belle and possibly win free tours throughout next season.
